Landscape Photographer of the Year 2016 - Commended Image

I found out a couple of weeks ago, that one of my images ‘Into the Light’ The Falkirk Wheel at Night, has been commended in the 2016 Take-a-View Landscape Photographer of the Year Competition, in the ‘Urban View’ category.

This is the second time I have been commended, so I am very pleased and proud to be included in this prestigious competition, the standard of images is very high, year in, year out, and I’m particularly pleased that I’m commended in the competitions 10th year.

Massive congratulations to this year’s winner Matthew Cattell with his wonderful image ‘Starling Vortex’ of Brighton’s sea front, a very worthy winner.

The Winning images are on display at Waterloo Station from 21st November 2016 until 5th February 2017, and there is also a handsome book ‘Landscape Photographer of the Year Collection 10’ that you can buy containing all the winning images.
