The Great LIFE Photographers - Book review

I got this book for Christmas, and I have been absorbing the images over the last few months. it showcases the work of the amazing Photographers that worked for LIFE magazine from 1936 until the end of the 20th century, the images within contain a chronicle in pictures of all corners of the globe covering every aspect of world events and the human condition.
The Photographers who worked for the magazine produced some amazing and iconic images, there include work by Harry Benson, Robert Cappa, Andreas Feininger, Joe McNally amongst many others. This book is a testament to their talent, creativity and indeed courage.
I can’t recommend this highly enough, this is a volume of living history, the history of our times, seen by the photographers who captured it. Each chapter is devoted to every one of the photographers who worked for LIFE magazine, and s now available in paperback. Indispensable
